Pushing Daisies star Anna Friel teamed up with The Office’s Martin Freeman in a short film called Rubbish directed by Ed Roe and Dougal Wilson that aired as part of Live Earth last month.

If you’ve read any of the recaps of the PUSHING DAISIES panel from Comic-Con, then you probably know that Kristin Chenoweth got big laughs when she gave the crowd a little peep-show as a thank you to a fan who asked the producers to have more of Kristin in future episodes. It was a really funny moment, and someone caught it on video.

The Pie Makers were lucky enough to attend the PUSHING DAISIES panel at Comic-Con yesterday. We also had a few small, but great moments with PUSHING DAISIES stars Lee Pace & Anna Friel, along with creator Bryan Fuller at yesterday’s autograph session. Lee Pace as Ned the Pie Maker

Lee Pace was born in Chickasha, Oklahoma on. As a young child, Pace spent several years in the Saudi Arabia (where his father was in the oil business), and they later moved to Houston. He temporarily quit high school to act at Houston’s Alley Theatre before returning to graduate. During his time at the Alley he was in productions of The Spider’s Web and The Greeks. Anna Friel as Charlotte “Chuck” Charles

Anna Friel was on born 12 July 1976 in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. Friel’s acting career began with the role of Beth Jordache on the British Channel 4 soap opera, Brookside from 1993-1995; her character was part of British TV’s first pre- watershed lesbian kiss. Kristin Chenoweth as Olive Snook

Kristin Chenoweth was born on July 24, 1968 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and was adopted at birth. Chenoweth is a person of small stature (four feet, eleven inches tall and 95 pounds) and has a distinctive speaking voice; in FHM’s March 2006 issue, she compared her voice to that of Betty Boop.
