I am excited because I just heard that Anna Friel stays fit with the same piece of exercise equipment I have. It’s called a WaterRower. It’s an indoor rowing machine, that’s totally eco-friendly and made in the USA. It uses no electricity and it’s made of replenishable resources. The best part is you can burn up to 1,000 calories per hour! According to Anna, with her hectic schedule and keeping an eye on her daughter, Gracie, she uses the WaterRower rather than going to the gym.
How much do I love Anna? A LOT! These pictures are gorgeous, and I’m sad that the gallery over at anna-friel.org aren’t working for me right now, because there are a LOT of pictures there! Thanks for the heads up Pie Makers…
