Pushing Daisies COMIC-CON Meetup

PUSHING DAISIES at Comic Con

So Kath and I were thinking of possibly having a PUSHING DAISIES COMIC-CON Meetup for all the fans of the show and readers of our site ThePieMaker.com.

Before we go crazy trying to find a place or make any official plans we were wondering how many of you Pushing Daisies fans plan on being at Comic-Con this month and what days.

As you know, the Pushing Daisies panel will be Saturday afternoon (July 26th from 3:15pm - 4:15pm) so we’re just trying to gauge who might be around and wanting to meet other Daisies fans.

Please leave a comment if you are going and if you’re interested in doing some sort of meetup and we’ll look into something more official.

PUSHING DAISIES at Comic Con 2008

PUSHING DAISIES at Comic Con

According to our sources, the PUSHING DAISIES panel at Comic Con 2008 will take place on Saturday, July 26th from 3:15pm - 4:15pm.Panelists and moderators have not yet been announced (but if B. Fuller needs a few moderators I think he knows where to find us).

Last year’s PUSHING DAISIES panel was a wonderful success. The room was packed…and that was even before the show aired. Not sure what is on the agenda for this year’s panel. We know the cast and crew were hoping to have the first episode of Season 2 ready to screen but with the lingering impact of the WGA strike we still aren’t 100% sure if that’s possible.

According to the Comic Con website, Saturday is already Sold Out, but I would keep checking back if you are hoping to attend.

If you can’t go, no worries, ThePieMaker.com will be there and will be covering every minute of it with posts, podcasts, and pictures (and probably some vids too). We will be your #1 source for all things PUSHING DAISIES at Comic Con.

If you missed last year’s PUSHING DAISIES Comic Con panel, then check out some of the coverage here from ThePieMaker.com:

If you plan on attending, be sure let Dan and I know. We’d love to see you there!

Kristin Chenoweth at Comic-Con (Video)

If you’ve read any of the recaps of the PUSHING DAISIES panel from Comic-Con, then you probably know that Kristin Chenoweth got big laughs when she gave the crowd a little peep-show as a thank you to a fan who asked the producers to have more of Kristin in future episodes. It was a really funny moment, and someone caught it on video.

PUSHING DAISIES Comic-Con Panel

The Pie Makers were lucky enough to attend the PUSHING DAISIES panel at Comic-Con yesterday. We also had a few small, but great moments with PUSHING DAISIES stars Lee Pace & Anna Friel, along with creator Bryan Fuller at yesterday’s autograph session. We will be back later with all the scoop. Here is a sneak peek at some of the pics from yesterday.
