E! Online TV Diva (and all around cool chica) Kristin Dos Santos scored herself a guest spot on Wednesday night’s episode of PUSHING DAISIES titled “The Fun in Funeral“. Kristin plays a dead body that Ned brings back to life. What happens to her after she’s alive again? Well you’ll have to check out the clip below to find out.

ThePieMaker.com has just received confirmation that the role of Alfredo Aldarisio, a traveling homeopathic antidepressant representative/salesman, originally played by PAUL REUBENS has been recast!

Rumors have been flying around for a week or so that Pee Wee was out and that Broadway star Raul Esparza was in. As we had the first exclusive look at Paul Reubens in character as Alfredo Aldarisio, we assumed it was a mistake on the ABC press release.

I’ve just received a confirmation that indeed Raul Esparza has been recast as Alfredo Aldarisio BUT the new rumor with legs is that Paul Reubens will still guest star on Pushing Daisies. According to Ausiello, Reubens will be playing a new (and equally quirky) character named Oscar Vibenius, a former smeller/olfactory expert who works for the DWP and smells something a little different about Chuck.

Really folks, it’s a win-win… win for everyone!

TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello has just broke the story that former SNL star Molly Shannon will be guesting on PUSHING DAISIES in a multi-episode arc during November sweeps.
Molly will play Silly Balsam, the owner of a salt-water taffy emporium that just so happens to set up shop across the street from the Pie Hole.

Welcome Molly…can’t wait to see you with Ned, Chuck and the gang.
