It’s Thursday morning and I’ve got to say it… *Edited: “Bitches” delivered 8.88 million viewers. Below is Marc Berman’s take on the ratings. Other reports, such as TV Guide indicate Daisies improved from their Halloween episode.
There was nothing overly positive of note in the Wednesday 8 p.m. hour, with ABC’s critically acclaimed Pushing Daisies leading at a below-average 8.88 million viewers and a 3.1 rating/9 share among adults 18-49. If that is the best any show can do in this time period, there is a definite opportunity for a new show to break-out here. As predicted, the novelty has quickly worn off Pushing Daisies.
Ouch, MediaWeek’s Marc Berman was way harsh this week. What do you guys think? What’s the reason for the dip? Has Daisies really lost it’s novelty? Luckily there was an increase in 18-49. Come on folks, watch this frakkin’ show!

The complete breakdown of the ratings for “Girth” are still coming through the pipeline but I wanted to quick give you the rundown from MediaWeek’s Marc Berman.
Week five of ABC’s Pushing Daisies won the 8 p.m. hour, but 8.58 million viewers and a 2.6 rating/8 share among adults 18-49 is a series-low for the critically acclaimed drama. Comparably, that was a decrease of 1.09 million viewers and 19 percent among adults 18-49 from one week earlier (Viewers: 9.67 million; A18-49: 3.2/ 9 on Oct. 24).

Sorry for the delay in the ratings, both Chuck and I were crazy busy this week and haven’t been at our computers as much as we would love to be.
Here are the ratings for this week’s episode “Pigeon“:
Week four of ABC’s critically acclaimed Pushing Daisies finished a respectable second behind baseball on Fox, with 9.45 million viewers and a 3.0/ 8 among adults 18-49 at 8 p.m.

PUSHING DAISIES is holding somewhat steady with just a little drop off this week. Come on Daisy Pushers, we need to see an increase in viewers from week to week. Get out there and spread the word!!
Pushing Daisies “The Fun in Funeral” ratings: 9.75M
NBC’s established Deal or No Deal was the most-watched show at 8 p.m. (with its best rating among adults 18-49 since December 11, 2006), but week three of ABC’s Pushing Daisies led among adults 18-49. Take a look:
Wednesday 8 p.m.
Deal or No Deal (NBC)
Viewers: 12.29 million (#1), A18-49: 3.1 rating/9 share (#2)
Pushing Daisies (ABC)
Viewers: 9.75 million (#2), A18-49: 3.6/10 (#1)
While certainly not a big it, it looks like Pushing Daisies is settling in for a respectable run as the ABC Wednesday anchor.

The ratings are in for this week’s episode of PUSHING DAISIES. There was a small dip from last week’s “pie-lette”, but it still won the all important demo. If you love Pushing Daisies be a daisies pusher and tell your friends (and complete strangers on the street) all about it.
Pushing Daisies “Dummy” ratings: 10.07 million
From Media Life Magazine: ABC and NBC shared bragging rights from 8-9 p.m., with game show Deal or No Deal first in total viewers (12.49 million) and second among adults 18-49 (3.1 rating/9 share), and week two of ABC’s Pushing Daisies just the opposite at 10.07 million viewers (#2) and a first-place 3.6/11 in the demo. Compared to its debut one week earlier (Viewers: 13.03 million; A18-49: 4.3/13 on Oct. 3), Pushing Daisies dipped by 2.96 million viewers and 16 percent among adults 18-49. But a winning finish in the demo keeps it in the winner’s circle.
