Want a first look at the second season of PUSHING DAISIES? Well then you’re in luck because ThePieMaker.com has the season 2 teaser trailer that premiered during last week’s Comic Con. I think it goes without saying that there is nothing but spoilers here. We were lucky to get our hands on this and so excited to share it with all of you!
Spill it…tell us what you think of the clips from the new season. We want to hear from ALL the PUSHING DAISIES fans!!
I hope you’re not Comic Con’d out because there is still a LOT more to share from our trip to San Diego to see Team Daisies. ThePieMaker.com has got an exclusive interview with creator Bryan Fuller as well as highlights from our interviews with Lee Pace & Anna Friel, Kristin Chenoweth and Chi McBride still coming your way.
But for now, check out these vides from TV Guide as they caught up with the cast in the press room at Comic Con (It amazes me how they capture any sound…it was so loud in there). As with most of the news from Comic Con, these videos contain spoilers for S2 so please be aware.
Just a reminder that all entries must be received by August 1, 2008.
Calling all Daisy Pushers!! PUSHING DAISIES doesn’t come back until the Fall but it’s time we start doing our part to spread the word of the show to newbies. That’s where YOU come in.
Are you one of those crazy talented PUSHING DAISIES fans that just loves to create fanvids for the show? Well, then this contest is for you! ThePieMaker.com is asking fans to create and submit fan videos to help introduce the show to people that have not yet seen it. Show the world Pushing Daisies through your eyes.
What’s the best way to get someone to tune into Pushing Daisies when the show returns? Do you share the epic love story of Ned & Chuck? Or perhaps it’s the unrequited love of Ned & Olive. Maybe your video explains Ned’s unique ability to bring the dead back to life. Or maybe the charm of the Darling Mermaid Darlings. And don’t forget about Emerson Cod or all the alive-agains. What ever the subject matter, it’s up to YOU!!
I don’t know about you but I’m getting all kinds of itchy for any kind of PUSHING DAISIES treats that I can get my hands on. So with that I thought I would pass along this PUSHING DAISIES promo from Warner Bros TV. I’ve never seen it before so I thought it might be new to you too.
The divine divas from E!, Kristen Dos Santos and Korbi Ghosh, hit the Pushing Daisies Paley Festival Red Carpet and got the poop, the scoop, the skinny, the haps, the dilly-o and the 411. Chi McBride also reveals that the writing staff is on crack. Mild Spoilers coming your way!
Head on over to Watch With Kristin to see the whole post and a picture from the panel that has both Kath and I visible in the bottom left. Dorks!
The deluge continues… Here is a very brief video from the beginning of the Pushing Daisies Paley Fest Panel discussion. Hopefully the Paley Center will be releasing a DVD of the panel for sale in the very near future. We will of course keep you updated if that is the case.
Kath and I just got up so we’ll start disseminating information slowly this morning. Here’s a video that The Paley Center already posted from last night’s Pushing Daisies Paley Festival Panel of Chi McBride (Emerson Cod) being his hysterical self and mocking the entire cast. If you listen to the clip carefully enough, you’ll hear Ellen Greene (Aunt Viv) with her adorable “donkey” laugh! The video also has Moderator, Kristin Dos Santos asking a couple fan submitted questions.
I don’t think I have ever thought of Lee Pace or Ned the pie maker as a nerd, but any time anyone wants to honor the cutie with anything is just fine by me. Check out this TV guide piece on TV’s cutest nerds, featuring Christopher Gorham (Ugly Betty), Zachary Levi (Chuck) and of course, Lee Pace.
I’m so jealous. What I would give to be the one interviewing PUSHING DAISIES star Lee Pace and Creator Bryan Fuller on the red carpet. E!’s Kristin Dos Santos got to do just that at the Family Television Awards at which Pushing Daisies won Best New Show.
For all you strict spoilerphobes, Lee and Bryan make a few small, not very telling comments about tonight’s winter finale. I guess we’ll all know later tonight just what they were talking about.
