this episode was fantastic

the blend of comedy and drama is what i love about pushing daisies and olive as a nun lol.

fantastic start to the second season.

This episode is so awesome!!
I love Olive and Chuck and Emerson and Lily and vivian but I LOOOOOOVVVVEEEEE Ned!!!

Sorry, I’ll calm down. I loved this episode, it’s always so colourful and the plot is so tied together its great!!!

You hit the nail on the head for me….it was all the names! Hopefully they’ll calm down for the next few episodes so we can sit back and let it wash over us, without wondering what the heck is going on.

And I’d love it if they worked their way through the cast of “Third Rock” for guest stars. Very undervalued comedy.

Nice catches on the “Happy Time” temp agency and Diana Scarwid! I knew Mother Superior looked familiar - duh. The agency name went right past me.

For those who didn’t like the episode, I admit I was a little overwhelmed with all the names flying about. I agree that this didn’t quite pick up where season 1 left off - things are suddenly OK with Ned/Chuck? Understandable that they wanted to start the new season on a happier note, but what happened between them? That didn’t feel quite right. Also, the dialogue was so fast I had to rewind to catch some scenes.

Overall, I enjoyed the plot, the vivacity, the characters, the sets, etc. The pilot episode is still the best one, honestly. Barry S. should always direct this show’s eps.
