He waisted 5 precious minutes.... I didn't learn anything about the movie. And Pace, who seems to be an intelligent person, just smiled graciously trough the all interview. He's kinda cool... I think it must not be easy to be diplomatic when you are an artist and people ask you nonsenses that puts on a 2° place your performace... really, it seems hard to be such an idol to people, that they forget your hard work as an actor. From a journalist student perspective, it was quite painful actually. I haven't viewed other interviews with Chuck, but I hope this isn't his normal technique. It's fine to have a conversational flow, but you must allow the interviewee to speak--after all that's the point of the interview! Lee handled it beautifully. I don't know if I would have been as gracious...well, I probably would have said politely to let me finish what I was saying. But Lee was very poised. This was not a good interview at all. I'd think it's probably not considered good form to tell an actor you were basically stalking his costar, and then asking if he always gets responses like his and his friend's.
