PUSHING DAISIES Honored at Paley Festival

The Paley Center for Media has announced that PUSHING DAISIES is one of the honored TV shows at this year’s Wiliam S. Paley Television Festival. The TV festival allows fans to interact with the creators and stars of their favorite shows in intimate sessions. In years past, the evening begins with a viewing of an episode or show highlights, followed by a Q&A. PaleyFest ‘08 will take place from March 14th-March 27th at the Arclight in Los Angeles.
The Paley Festival has been an institution for 25 years and has honored some of TV’s most memorable shows including “Cheers”, “The West Wing” etc, and more recently “Ugly Betty”, “The Family Guy”, “Grey’s Anatomy”, “Brothers & Sisters”, and “Alias” among others. Last year I attended panels for “The Office” and “Prison Break” and found them to be unforgettable evenings.
Although the full schedule won’t be revealed until February 4th, its been announced that the Festival will also feature and evening with Judd Apatow as well another freshman hit, “Gossip Girl”.
Tickets will go on sale to Paley members on February 7th and to the general public on February 10th. I’ll be there and I hope you will be too.
